What foods should you buy on the market? In so many choices and so many labels to read what you can get pretty confusing. Bread, especially with all the confusing number of whole grain cereal jargon. Bold packaging is more likely that they pay to see, but not quality. To buy or not buy, it is a problem.

Know the layout of your store. You spend most of their time in corners. In the middle of the island are usually of the package, dried and processed foods.
