Obesity has become one of the biggest health problems today. Obesity leads to an increased incidence of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and osteoarthritis in the population at the time of his life. Everywhere we see a person pushing the latest diet that will help us sheds unwanted pounds. When we watch television or read newspapers every human being “most effective” weight loss program for us. We have a low calorie diet, miracle diet, nutrition suits and a number of other choices. All claims have someone to get you in better shape. No wonder people are confused and confusing.

At any time, from 15 to 35 percent, we are trying to lose weight. We look forward to the last-fat foods, go to fat farms and engage in the latest diet program. But all these efforts, and billions of dollars spent, millions of people, we’re still fatter. Americans as fat increased from 25% in the eighties more than 33% of the population today.

With New Year approaching, many of us desire to lose weight only to fail in the coming weeks or months. Some actually feel their weight goals, but unfortunately will be less support it. Some are trying to lose weight, also comes with other health risks. (more…)
